I agree with george, thoughts are very powerful. And those that realize this fact and utilize it to the optimum level achieves success—it may not be overnight, but it is hard-earned and long lasting. Change brain, change life is where it starts.

Sacrifice is part and parcel of life—and even changing life entails a gigantic sacrifice, especially when you have to change your brain, that is, change your thoughts about what’s happening around you. To change brain change life can be stressful, disappointing, costly both time and effort—but once we look at the long run, everything will be worth it.
